is the size of this guitar the same as a stratocaster?

Absolutely not. This is a 3/4 size guitar and unless you're a child this guitar is not appropriate for you. This guitar has a 22.2" neck, which you can tell from this bullet item on the web page:
■ GRG Mikro 22.2" neck
Full size guitars have a scale length of 24 1/2" to 25 1/2" and the Strat specifically has a 25 1/2" scale length.
